  Terrible. The cashier had an attitude. Even the other cashier told her to drop the attitude. Then they argued in front us while we were waiting on our order. At least the other cashier was nice enough apologize for the first lady. I wanted to just walk out then. It's bad when you have to start apologizing for other employees.

  I had requested a grilled chicken salad with no cheese and was told they couldn't do that as the salads were premade.
  I got the salad thinking I would just removed the cheese and it was melted all over so I couldn't remove it without losing 2/3 of the salad.
  But considering the salad only consisted of lettuce, tomato and cheese and then added the chicken I don't understand why one without cheese was an impossible task

  Would give this BK zero stars if it had the option. Almost every time I come here, they slow or get the order wrong. This fime, it took over 35 minutes to get our meal. Bc come to find out, after 20 minutes of waiting, I walked inside to find out the girl ran our meal out to somebody else and didn't bother to come tell us. Had to remake our entire meal! They couldn't even get my fiances drink right twice. And we didn't get any type of reimbursement for the trouble or wait.

  Order food. Then had to wait. Got a biscuit and gravy. Got ready to eat it. It was like chewing on a piece of wood. That's a big no no, to me. Had to take the back and got some more. They were not any better.
